Spring Break!

Let's be honest. This week was pretty crazy, and there were definitely a few moments where I doubted I would make it out alive. The highlight of the week (other than finally finishing my midterms and projects) was staying up until 2 a.m. with Marianne making paper templates for our animal headdresses. Just an epic art project that we did with some third graders at Beacon Heights. It took forever - each student had a different part of the food chain. It was so worth it, though. I couldn't believe how creative those kids were. In case you're wondering, Marianne is modeling the "Moose" template, and I'm sporting the "Hawk."

I'm so glad this week is finally over. Now I can start getting everything ready for our little vacation down to Southern Utah! Can't wait to spend the week relaxing and going on adventures with D.
